POSITION SUMMARY

This temporary position is part of our Warehouse team who provides the final quality check before our beer is sent off to be enjoyed by our customers. The Warehouse Associate’s main focus will be to provide support to Production and Sale's teams for efficient production runs and timely distribution. 

Schedule: May vary depending on production needs.

  • Monday - Thursday: 12pm - 8pm
  • Friday: 12pm - 4pm

*Scheduled up to 40 hours/week with some flexibility. 

This is a seasonal position and will conclude sometime in late September 2026.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support packaging line by consistently supplying bottles, kegs, and packaging materials during production runs
  • Promptly pick up finished product from production lines
  • Organize and clean warehouse, cooler and docks
  • Rotate and ship product using FIFO system
  • Receive shipments and reconcile with packing slips or bill of lading; unload trucks as needed
  • Process bills of lading and packaging logs, enter pertinent information into database
  • Operate forklift in an efficient and safe manner
  • Participate in production meetings
  • Creates and cultivates an inclusive environment for all guests, co-workers, and the community

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Self-motivated to go above and beyond for the sake of quality
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to work well within a dynamic team
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude, no matter the circumstances
  • Flexibility and availability to regularly rotate schedule between morning, evening, overnight and weekend shifts 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • An aptitude to learn and adhere to safety standards
  • At least 21 years of age

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • The ability to work long hours on your feet 
  • The ability to work in a hot, wet, and loud environment
  • The ability to lift 50lbs to shoulder height
  • The ability to crouch, bend, lift and reach
  • The ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding situations

COMPENSATION 

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Hourly Rate:

$21.00/hr
