This position is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring the successful implementation and execution of retail programs within off-premise chain grocery, convenience stores, and key on-premise Points of Distribution. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers, convenience channel accounts, and distributor partners to enhance retail execution, grow distribution, and maximize sales opportunities. This position works closely with distributor networks and the broader company sales team to identify and close execution gaps, develop programming opportunities, and ensure alignment with company priorities.  The successful candidate for this role will reside within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Essential Duties:

  • Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, convenience channel accounts (including franchise groups, corporate national accounts, regional accounts, and emerging accounts), and distributor partners
  • Oversee the design and implementation of retail programs across chain grocery, convenience accounts, and high-volume outlets, ensuring consistent execution aligned with company standards and objectives
  • Build relationships and call on local and regional decision-makers for convenience stores, facilitating key account meetings and driving sales opportunities
  • Develop and utilize data-driven tools to identify opportunities to enhance retail execution and increase sales, and communicate these insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with distributors, the internal sales team, and retailer contacts regarding retail program details, execution status, and results
  • Drive distributor engagement by providing support, training, and guidance to ensure retail programs and execution expectations are met, including maintaining pricing integrity
  • Coordinate with frontline sales networks and distributor teams to close distribution gaps, execute mandates, and maximize retail presence
  • Create, communicate, and recap programming opportunities, including ROI analysis, to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution
  • Develop and maintain new business and accounts within the convenience channel, leveraging relationships and market insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/ Experience/Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in beverage industry sales, account management, or distributor management within the off-premise or convenience channel
  • Prior experience in off-premise chain retail account management preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret data-driven tools
  • Proficiency with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Advanced computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across clients, customers, distributor partners, and internal teams
  • Demonstrated networking, collaboration, and effective communication skills to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, technologies, and processes
  • Ability to identify new opportunities, develop new accounts, and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
  • Squeaky Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to drive an automobile required.

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell’s and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000
