Job Description – Packaging/Cellar Person
Compensation: Hourly/From $20.00

Location: Woodinville, WA

Job Summary:
Assist with brewery operations to specialize in the packaging process and cellar operations.

Job Duties:
Packaging duties (can/draft).

General cellar duties, preparation of beer for packaging, CIP tanks and hoses.

Assist with shipping/receiving as requested.

General cleaning and maintaining a clean workstation.
Forklift operations (will train if needed).

Follow production procedures and respect safety requirements (use PPE).

Work overtime and weekends if required.

Roles and responsibilities:
Assist in producing and packaging world-class quality beer.
Assist in support of taproom staff as it relates to the brewery, be a resource.
Represent BRBC in a professional manner at all times.

Provide top notch service to all customers (internal & external).


Job Qualifications:
1+ year brewery experience preferred.
Some level of formal brewing education or current enrollment preferred but not necessary.
Get it done no matter what attitude.
Absolute passion for brewing and beer.
Positive attitude a must have.
Ability to lift up to50 pound items, bend, stoop, push/pull and stand for long periods of time.
Current WA driver’s license with clean record (or can get one).
Ability to work any shift at any time if needed, to include overtime.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Desire to learn, grow and take on increased responsibility.
High School diploma or GED, some college preferred.
