SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $96,000+ 

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

BONUS: Bonus at Target $24,000

  • This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards. 
  • Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Pricing Manager is responsible for 2 critical business deliverables; developing, implementing, and managing pricing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives & driving the financial health of our organization through in-depth analysis and strategic insights. This role involves analyzing market trends, assessing competitive pricing, tracking KPIs, analyzing financial data and collaborating with various departments to ensure optimal pricing & financial decisions that maximize revenue and market share.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies that support company goals and enhance market competitiveness.
  • Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to assess performance and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and potential risks.
  • Create and maintain pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions and strategy adjustments.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial performance reports to management stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to inform pricing decisions and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product management teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and market demands.
  • Oversee the implementation of pricing changes, including coordination with relevant departments and communication of changes to stakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of pricing strategies and adjust as needed based on performance metrics, market conditions, and business needs.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on pricing performance, market trends, and competitive positioning to senior management.
  • Ensure pricing practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent understanding of pricing models, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in pricing software and tools, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
