POSITION OVERVIEW
This is not a passive coordination role. This is a growth engine role with an opportunity to advance. Email and paid media marketing will be the core revenue driver, supported by social media and events that amplify the brand and feed the funnel. You will help build a disciplined, repeatable marketing system that converts attention into sales. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
EMAIL MARKETING & PAID MEDIA (Primary Revenue Driver)
Own the execution and coordination of our email marketing program from planning to reporting.
• Build and manage monthly email calendar aligned with releases, promotions, and events
• Coordinate creative assets, copy, and internal approvals
• Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy
• Segment audiences for improved targeting and performance
• Execute automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, release reminders, etc.)
• Track and report key performance metrics:
– Revenue per send
– Open and click-through rates
– Conversion rates
– List growth and churn
• Present monthly performance insights and optimization recommendations
Manage and optimize Meta and Google paid media.
Success is measured in revenue and growth — not just engagement.
PRODUCT LAUNCH & BEER STORY EXECUTION
Be the connector between Production, Sales, and Marketing.
• Coordinate product naming in collaboration with Marketing and Production
• Develop label and romance copy
• Manage packaging attributes and compliance steps
• Coordinate keg collars and sticker lockups with graphic designer
• Manage artwork approvals and TTB label folder organization
• Create and distribute sales assets:
– Sales sheets
– Shelf talkers
– UPC images
– Sales copy
• Coordinate website renders and product listings
• Ensure seamless launch across website, email, social, Untappd, and sales materials
SOCIAL MEDIA (Amplification Channel)
Social supports email and events — it feeds the ecosystem.
• Develop and maintain content calendar
• Write engaging, brand-consistent copy
• Skilled in design, photography, and video
• Publish content across social media channels
• Actively engage with online community
• Monitor KPIs and report performance
• Test new content formats and emerging platforms
• Identify influencer and affiliate opportunities
• Measure ROI on campaigns and collaborations
EVENTS & COMMUNITY ACTIVATION
Events are brand accelerators and content generators.
• Coordinate cross-departmental event planning and execution
• Manage event logistics, schedules, and documentation
• Support on-site execution as needed
• Ensure events drive email list growth, sales, and brand engagement
• Measure performance and apply learnings to future events
OPERATIONAL DISCIPLINE
Execution excellence matters.
• Manage timelines using project tools (Monday.com, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Coordinate creative approvals efficiently
• Reconcile and submit marketing-related invoices
• Organize sales and marketing assets for easy access
• Track metrics and communicate performance clearly

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or commensurate experience
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
• Experience managing social media platforms
• Demonstrated copywriting ability
• Experience with project management tools
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and social reporting tools
• Experience in food and beverage or CPG preferred
