Under the direction of the Sales Director, this position is responsible for delivering our diverse range of urban farmhouse beers and representing the brewery to our ever-growing group of retail partners and loyal fans. We are looking for someone to deliver beer and interact with customers while embracing our company’s core values. We strive to be the best, and firmly expect that quality is maintained at every level. We are committed to continuous improvement as embodied in our ‘learning crushes knowing’ mentality. We want someone with a great personality who is excited to not only deliver beer, but to be a brand ambassador for Wooden Robot and assist in increasing sales in the market. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and knows that a great team both succeeds together and fails together.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Safely and efficiently deliver kegs, bottles, and cans to on- and off-premise accounts
• Plan daily delivery routes based on customer needs
• Transport goods between taprooms
• Attend promotions, festivals, and occasional night/weekend events
• Represent the brand with professionalism and extensive product knowledge
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Familiarity with the North Carolina craft beer market
• Ability to independently navigate routes efficiently
• Able to lift and maneuver kegs up to 165 lbs repeatedly
• Willingness to work long hours with intense physical labor
• Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the Wooden Robot brand and product portfolio
• Must have a functioning smartphone

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Team-oriented with the ability to take direction from the Sales Director
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work precisely in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing, sitting, or performing repetitive motions for extended periods
• Willing to work in noisy, outdoor, and wet/cold conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Passion for craft beer; brewing knowledge or homebrewing experience is a plus
• Experience with draft maintenance is a plus
• Familiarity with EKOS is a plus

Compensation:
