We're looking for an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven leader to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests and support our growing team. As our Assistant Taproom Manager, you'll work alongside the Taproom Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and help make Volition Brewing a place people love to visit and work.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily taproom operations and serve as Manager-on-Duty during assigned shifts.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences while handling guest concerns with professionalism.
• Coach, train, and support Beertenders to provide outstanding service.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized taproom.
• Assist with inventory, POS updates, cash handling, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate food truck schedules, merchandise restocking, and crowler machine maintenance.
• Support taproom events, beer releases, and community activities.
• Partner with brewery leadership to improve operations and grow the Volition brand.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, breweries, or taprooms.
• A positive, team-first attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience training and motivating employees.
• Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and fast-paced environments.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Washington State MAST Permit and Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Bonus Points

• Brewery or craft beer experience.
• Square POS experience.
• Inventory management or event coordination experience.
