The purpose of Mother Road Brewing Company is to build community one pint at a time. We seek a Tap Room Manager to join our story and help us provide Radical Hospitality at our Tap Room in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Tap Room Managers help build community by ensuring Mother Road’s standards are brought to life. Accountabilities Include:
- Cultivates the guest experience in the Tap Room
- Ensures that Mother Road policies are adhered to by crew and guests
- Coaches and mentors Assistant Tap Room Managers and Hosts
- Completes various administrative duties including submitting work orders, coordinating with vendors, managing inventories, verifying payroll, etc.
LICENSE TO DRIVE
Want to travel with us? This position calls to someone who enjoys connecting with people, is detail oriented, can navigate complex social situations, excels at leading a team, and is passionate about craft beer. A qualified candidate will have 5+ years of hospitality experience, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history and the Southwest are a candidate bonus. Candidates must be able to work weekends.
A FULL TANK OF GAS
This is a full-time salaried position with a range from $45,000-55,000 (plus tips) with benefits. We take care of our crew and keep their well-being a priority. A hidden gem of a mountain town in Northern Arizona, located in the largest Ponderosa Pine forest in the world. Flagstaff, AZ has a ski mountain 20 minutes from the center of town, as well as world class rock climbing, mountain biking and trail running opportunities. Flagstaff’s central location in the Southwest, between California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, lends itself to many weekend getaway possibilities.
