Packaging Crew Lead
2 Towns CiderhouseAre you at your best when things are moving, the team is working together, and there’s always something to get done. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who likes to stay active, work alongside a team, and take pride in doing things right.
As a Packaging Crew Lead, you’ll keep the packaging operation running smoothly, from bottling and canning to equipment operation, troubleshooting, and keeping the crew on track. You’ll work closely with people across the production team, help solve problems as they come up, and make sure the work gets done safely and efficiently.
If you’re someone who naturally steps up, communicates well, and likes leaving a shift knowing you got a lot done, this role may be a great fit.
Starting Wage: $23.00/Hour
Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 6:00 am - 6:30 pm *The Packaging crew works 12-hour shifts, Sunday through Wednesday. The schedule alternates between 4 days on/3 days off and 3 days on/4 days off, with the Wednesday shift rotating each week.

- 3 or more years working in a packaging role
- Ability to function in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
- Personable attitude toward other employees
- Forklift proficiency and certifications
- Thrives in group work situations
- Interested in and excited about craft alcohol
- Looking for a long-term job opportunity
- Ability to do quick mathematical calculations
Required Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Leadership skills or previous managerial experience
- Experience: 1 year in assembly line, warehouse, packaging, light industrial work, or a similar related field
- Able to frequently lift 35lbs, as well as move 160 lbs. using a hand truck, pallet jack, or forklift
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
