Head Brewer - Eleven Eleven Brewing

We're looking for an experienced brewer to take the reins of our brew system operations and help shape the future of Eleven Eleven's award-winning beer lineup. The ideal candidate will have experience brewing on a 3-10 bbl system, a passion for craft beer, technical proficiency, and a collaborative mindset.

You’ll be responsible for brewing a popular existing core lineup while working closely with ownership to develop new seasonal and experimental releases. You'll play a key role in setup, process design, and scaling of Eleven Eleven brewing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee brewing operations from grain to glass
• Maintain quality control and sanitation protocols
• Collaborate with ownership on recipe development and seasonal offerings
• Track inventory and place orders for raw materials
• Monitor fermentation and conditioning
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional brewing experience
• Comfortable brewing solo or with a small team and managing time independently
• Strong knowledge of brewing science and safety practices
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and work in hot/cold environments
• Extra points for experience with brewery start-up, system installation, or scaling production

Schedule:

35–40 hours per week; flexible schedule
