Lead, Inspire, Grow. We’re looking for a dynamic FOH Supervisor with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences and building a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path to a salaried management position.

About Silver Gulch
Since 1998, Silver Gulch has been more than just a brewery – we’re a family owned and operated Fairbanks-area favorite with deep roots in the Fox community. Located 11 miles north of Fairbanks on the scenic Steese Highway, our brewpub pairs a dozen house-made beers on tap with a menu that keeps locals and visitors coming back. Our spacious beer garden is a hub for good times, great food, and genuine hospitality. We are open Wed-Sun 4PM - 9PM.

Location Requirement
Applicants must currently live in Fairbanks, Alaska or within daily commuting distance to be considered for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example to foster a culture of outstanding customer service.
• Oversee FOH operations and ensure staff follow company policies and training procedures.
• Maintain high safety, sanitation, and food quality standards.
• Create employee schedules, manage timekeeping, and approve payroll.
• Supervise daily operations and ensure accurate end-of-day cashouts.
• Work closely with the kitchen to optimize efficiency and guest flow.
• Monitor costs, reduce waste, and support profitability goals.
• Recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews for FOH staff.
• Engage directly with guests to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage bar inventory and place weekly liquor, beer, wine, and soda orders.

What We’re Looking For

• Must have 1+ years in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership experience, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with an eye for operational improvement.

Pay & Benefits

• $21.00–$26.00 per hour DOE, with a fast track to salaried manager status.
• Year-round, full-time employment.
