FOH - Front of House / Taproom & Hospitality
- Assists in creating a welcoming, hospitality-focused environment throughout all spaces.
- The role is intentionally designed to remain mobile throughout all spaces to improve guest experience, operational flow, and hospitality support.
- Responsibilities
- Assists guests with the ordering process and overall flow
- Helps educate guests on beer, food, specials, and offerings
- Assists with POS troubleshooting and general guest questions
- Supports table turnover and light dining room maintenance when needed
- Communicates guest issues or operational bottlenecks directly to management or operational liaison
- May assist with simple transaction support ONLY when operationally appropriate
- Supports guest food ordering and flow at the food stand
- Guest Support Functions
- Quick QR troubleshooting
- Simple tab clarification
- Helping guests start orders
- Directing traffic
- Answering questions
- Host/Hostess duties
- $11 an hour plus a majority of pooled tips.
