We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beer Brand Ambassador & Training Specialist to drive brand awareness, product knowledge, and sales growth across the UAE

The role will deliver engaging on-site and online training across multiple brands and channels, equipping customers, retail teams, and internal sales and marketing staff with in-depth brand and category knowledge. Key responsibilities include training on perfect serve techniques, recommended serves, brand standards, and best practices, while supporting marketing activations and implementing quality measures across the market.

The successful candidate will champion our strategic beer brands, build strong customer and consumer relationships, identify incremental business opportunities, and inspire brand passion to strengthen brand preference, increase sales, and grow market share. A key objective is to elevate beer culture and deliver a differentiated brand experience across the UAE.

Ideal candidates should have:

• 2–3 years in a similar training or brand ambassador role
• Strong passion for beer, with in-depth knowledge of beer brands preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as WSET, Cicerone, or brewing qualifications are an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English, with strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate recommendations confidently and persuasively
• Excellent commercial and selling skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Influencing capabilities to drive customer relationships
• High energy, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
