Manages all aspects of beer production, including recipe creation, raw material sourcing, brewing schedules, and quality assurance. Ensure regulatory compliance (TTB/OSHA), and maintain equipment sanitation. Key duties involve optimizing brewery operations, managing COGS, and ensuring batch consistency.
Key Responsibilities

Production Management: Develop, plan, and execute the brew schedule to meet demand.

Recipe Formulation: Create new beers and maintain consistency for existing recipes.

Quality Control (QA/QC): Monitor fermentation, yeast health, and sensory profiles to ensure, quality standards.

Operations & Maintenance: Maintain machinery (brewhouse, cellar, packaging) and oversee cleaning (CIP) processes.

Inventory & Purchasing: Order raw materials (hops, malt) and manage inventory levels.

Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation, including brew logs, sanitization records, and regulatory reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years brewing experience required with references.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of brewing science, yeast management, and sanitation practices.
