Production and Brewing

We are Springfield, Missouri’s premier craft beverage producer of award-winning beers, spirits, and cider.  We started in the heart of Downtown Springfield in 1997 with our flagship brewery, Springfield Brewing Company (SBC), and taproom known by the locals as “BrewCo”. In 2020, we expanded our beverage portfolio to include small batch spirits from our Ty Iechyd Da Distillery (TID), located next door to our brewery.  In 2024, we opened two new satellite taprooms where you can enjoy both our beers and spirits: One 2 Five Taproom (and micro-distillery) in Rogersville, MO; and, Mile 6 Taproom (and Willard Wild Fermentation Project) in Willard, MO.  In 2025, we opened The Snug, our distillery’s tasting room and bottle shop, located along the east side of the distillery.
